Once you pay and downloading one of these plans you can request to add all your information to yours plans but no any changes unless you agree to pay a extra charge. Please note you are responsible for the construction of your project such as, processing your permit, hiring a general contractor (if required), using the right materials, hiring professional surveyors, hiring engineers (if required for foundation and structure) I am not responsible for any failure of labor or human error in construction. also I am not responsible for any surveyors or engineer fee. By downloading one of these plans you are accepting the price as it is and you agree that your payment will not have any refund without exception. By downloading one of these plans you are accepting the pre-designed dimensions and the only way for you to have custom dimensions will be that you agree to pay an extra charge for making a custom design. Please keep in mind in order to have a custom design you need to pay 50% in advance of the extra charge, once you approve the design you need to pay the full balance to get your full and unlock plans with all your information.
